CCOCT R1 - A race for their lives pt.2

“ohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh!!” She repeated over and over again racing off at full speed away from the monsters. She could hear their cackling just right behind her. One of the Go-karts was able to speed up right next to K.C. ‘PEEK-A-BOO!~~’ the plush doggy said in such a horrible raspy voice. He raised up a metal pipe with blood on it (obviously bashing other survivors head in. K.C. flinched and closed her eyes.

A loud ‘WHAP’ could be heard, fallowed by the evil monster screaming as he fell. K.C. looked up and behind as the doggy was thrown off coarse and the Go-kart hits another one causing a huge crash. K.C. looked back at Jimmy who has his sling-shot out and finds another rubber ball or rock to hit another one.

“You have excellent aim Jimmy.” Brother says. Jimmy smiled, showing the gap between his teeth.

“Thanks!” He looked back up to K.C. and nodded. “Don’t worry, I think we can handle them! Just try to get them close enough and BAM!” He looked behind and could see the wreckage. Still there were some Go-karts that were able to drive around. “Rats! they sure know how to drive for a bunch of animals.” He pulled out as many rocks and other objects to shoot at the monsters. K.C. smiled, it wasn’t a confident smile, but she is willing to trust Jimmy with his good aim. Kind of ironic considering he has a black eye.

“Ready?” Jimmy asked and pulled back the rubbers of the sling shot.

“Ready!” K.C. said a little more confidently. Brother nodded and his monitor showed angry eyes.

“I’d turn around now K.C.” Brother said, and just like that, K.C. turned the wheel as hard as she could, and the kart now faces the monster. She hits the gas and they go right at the creatures. Jimmy could see that they all looked confused, but that didn’t stop them of course, their evil smiles came back to their faces. Jimmy aimed at a stuffed rabbit and fired a rock at it’s head.The rabbit goes flying out of the kart and is crushed from the one behind it.

“Hehe, Roadkill!!” He said victoriously, but quickly grabbed a rubber ball and aimed again. This time the rubber ball hits two of them. It hit one of the stuff animals and then bounces to hit another, both facing the same fate as the rabbit.  The karts went out of control and crashed into others. K.C. quickly drove off the track and into an open grass field to get away from the wreckage. Some of the creatures jump off their kart before getting crushed, Jimmy quickly shot more rocks at them.

She quickly turns around and runs some of them over. She frowned as she squished the plushies.

“What is wrong K.C.?” Brother asks.

“Oh, it’s just that I don’t like killing animals...” She replied shrugging her shoulders.

“But these aren't real animals miss~” Jimmy said.

“....Oh, right~!” Her frown turned upside down and she continue to squish the rest of the monsters.

“Yeah we did it!~” Jimmy yelled in triumph. The three of them cheered and gave a high-five, well, brother just gave a high-five-headbutt.

“Woo-hoo!!~~ we are the bestest and the fastest race-kart drivers EVER~!” K.C. laughed. Brother made a beeping noise, and looked at a different direction.

“K.C. I sence a presence North-west of us, about 100 meters away.” They all looked to where he was looking and saw three people run out from hiding. Two of them stayed back, a Women and her child as the third one, who had a staff members shirt, came running up to them waving his arms.

“Survivors!~ HEY~! WE’RE HERE TO HELP YOU ALL!~~” K.C. stood up from the cart and waved back. Jimmy waved back as well, but his smile went away slowly, the man looked frantic as he was waving.

“Something is not right.” Brother interrupted.

“Huh?” K.C. looked down at the robot head. “What do you mean?”

“ I sence FOUR presences...”

“...four?...but...where is--” Before she could say anything else, they were interrupted by the women's screams. A loud engine is heard, just barely missing the women and her child. A huge Go-Kart, and something even bigger diving it. long machetty like claws stuck out from the arms, and before the man could escape, he was stabbed right through the heart, being dragged along the ground until he was sliced off.

K.C. covered her mouth, her eyes wide with shock. Jimmys eyes just as wide just stared in horror. The Kart turns around and inside was a giant plushed gorilla, his eyes were glowing red and on top of his head had a crown that said: “#1 Go-Kart Champion!!” He pushed the crown forward and raised the roar of the cart getting louder and louder to intimidate them. Jimmy shook K.C. to snap her out of her fear.

“WE GOTTA GO!!” He screamed, and without a moments hesitation, he throws Brothers head on the gas petal, He gave out a OUCH as the kart flys off snapping K.C. out of her shock and steers away from the monster “Sorry~!” Jimmy said as he picked up Brothers head and held it tight.

“I-I dont’ suppose rocks will help?” K.C. asked, she looked behind as the Gorilla jumps his kart almost squishing them. He howls and pounds at his chest, as he screams his teeth were screw bolts and nails.

“U-uh, I don’t think so...” Jimmy said. K.C. tried to swerve around but the Gorilla was quick, and turned at just the right time. He was gaining up on them, he bumped the back of their kart. They felt a jolt again as the Gorilla smashes them from the back again.

He speeds up enough to get right beside their cart, he gave Jimmy a terrifying grin.

“TISK TISK” He gave a horrifying growl. “ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEAT-BELT” And with that he crashes his car side next to K.C.s and Jimmy come flying out, along with brother. K.C. tried to grab Jimmy before he fell out but it was too late.

“BROTHER, JIMMYYY!!!!” She screamed. The Gorilla continues bashing K.C.s kart, hoping to smash her to a wall.

“NOW IT”S YOUR TURN TO DIE LITTLE GIRL!!” He growls.

“Jimmy Jimmy!! are you alright?!”

The little boy opens his eyes with a huge headache, he feels the side of his temple and there was a bit of blood. “Ah...I..we..”

“We fell off Jimmy. You were only out for a few seconds but still, you are bleeding.” Brother says, his monitor shows sad eyes. “K.C. is still with that monster! I couldn’t save her!”

Jimmy never thought a robot could have so much emotion like that. He stands up and picks up Brothers head. “We...gotta find some way to get back to them, but--” Jimmy looks around the area they were in. “wait a second...we’re back at the starting line!!”

“Yes, this is a loop, this race track does not go on in one direction.”

“I know that! We can get a kart and get back to her!!” He quickly goes to one of the karts  and stops once he grabs the wheel. “But......their all dead...she was able to start them, oh shizznips!! What do we do now!!??”

“hmm, our only transportation is not ALL broken...” Brother says looking at a destroyed green kart.

“How is that Bro--” Jimmy stops, and quickly runs over to the kart, inside was Brothers body. “OH YEAH! I forgot about your body!~”

“Just screw my head back on, and hang on tight, this will be quite the ride.”
